This course is designed to cater to a diverse audience, from individuals seeking to build a strong digital foundation to those aiming to enhance their existing skills. Join us on this educational journey to not only grasp advanced digital skills but also to empower yourself for success in the digital era. This course consist of three modules.
The first module introduces mobile application development for the Android platform. Android is a software stack for mobile devices that includes an operating system, middleware and key applications. The Android SDK provides the tools and APIs necessary to begin developing applications on the Android platform using the Java programming language. Students will learn skills for creating and deploying Android applications, with particular emphasis on software engineering topics including software architecture, software process, usability, and deployment.
Second module resource is designed and developed in support of the introduction to data science and big data. It provides concepts, techniques and teaching ideas about data science and big data, how we collect, analyzed, stored and used. The advantages and disadvantages of big data analysis are also studied.
The third module covers “user experience” or “user interface” design. The module explain is that “Design is a systematic and data driven process. In this module the learner is introduced to the four step user interface design cycle. Along the way learners are exposed to a set of techniques of user interface design cycle.
